The Problem

The business was losing hours daily and leaking revenue through manual paper billing, complex flex dimension calculations (width × height sq.ft math done by hand), untracked customer credit, and lack of WhatsApp invoice delivery.

The Solution

Architected a cloud-native dual-shop ERP & POS with real-time reactive sync via Convex, automated dimension math, dual Bikram Sambat (BS) / Gregorian (AD) calendar conversion, client-side vector PDF generation (@react-pdf/renderer), 1-tap WhatsApp invoice dispatch, and an integrated counter merchant QR payment modal.

Eliminated manual calculation errors, centralized customer credit collection across 2 partner fabrication locations in Kathmandu, and automated daily P&L / Excel balance audits.
